Practical intelligence for IT managers navigating AI disruption, volatile markets, and high-stakes delivery — without the noise.

Every Monday, a single issue lands in your inbox. No padding. No sponsored content. Just the specific moves, mental models, and hard-won lessons that separate IT managers who thrive from the ones who don't.

What you get in every issue

**Straight Talk on AI Exposure** Which parts of your role are most at risk — and what to build instead before the window closes.

**Field-Tested Delivery Moves** From real programs in energy, mining, and regulated industries — not theory, not LinkedIn advice.

**Executive Positioning Tools** How to show up differently in front of leadership and what delivery authority actually looks like in practice.

**Career Resilience in a Volatile Market** The specific moves that separate IT managers who are protected from the ones who are expendable.

**The Manager's Profile Diagnostic — Free on Signup** Identify your dominant profile and get the three specific moves to shift it. Delivered instantly when you subscribe.
